At Close Brothers Commercial Finance, we aim to give you outstanding customer service. However, if you feel we have fallen short of this please contact us so that we can investigate fully.

How to make a complaint

Close Brothers Commercial Finance, a trading style of Close Brothers Limited, is committed to providing products and services of the highest standard. Should you feel we’ve fallen short of this, we would like to know so that we can put things right. Your feedback is very important to us and helps improve the service for all our customers.

Once we have fully investigated your complaint, we will write to you confirming our decision, how it was reached and any offer of redress where this is appropriate.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will notify you of eligibility criteria at the time of the complaint.

The Financial Ombudsman Service is an independent arbitration service provided free for consumers.
